There were these old tribes men every once in a while just begging to have their picture taken. Little do you know that they expect money for every picture snapped. He had dread locks that almost touched the the ground, and some killer face paint to go with them.

i can't even believe this! How did you find out that they expect money? hopefully they didn't chase you down. I remember in Argentina, you'd go to use a public restroom, and there were ladies sitting in front (like in a seriously run-down bathroom) handing out tp, so that if you didn't pay for it, you were stuck in the stall!! I was so blown away! Things like that happened all the time.
