Trouble

This is what happens when you have worked 5 days in a row, plus had tons of other things going on with family, and are completely exhausted. Your daughter takes advantage of your snoozing on the couch for a few minutes, and goes upstairs in your bathroom, and does this:

and this! It was probably close to a whole roll.

I promise, no children were harmed in the making of this post. It's all the make-up. She actually looks pretty scary to me. Maybe she will be a hollywood make-up artist. Specializing in black eyes! Either that, or a plumber!

Pay it Forward

The first 3 people to leave a comment on this post will receive a handmade (or possibly store-bought) gift from me during this year. when and what will be a surprise. there's a small catch though...you have to post this same thing on your own blog and then come back and leave a comment telling me you're in. remember, only the first 3 comments receive the gift!

They did it!!

We got our girls a new bunk bed last week! We
have wanted them to share a room for a while,
and now they finally can. Logan was super excited
to get it, and she wanted the top, of course. Autumn
was given the bottom and she just couldn't handle
the freedom of being able to get out whenever she
wanted, so she had it taken away. She got put back
in the crib for the past 3 nights, but Logan very
graciously agreed to sleep on the bottom with her
little sis, to help her stay put!! This is them in there
bed at this very moment! It's so cute for me to see
my two precious babies sleeping next to each other!
We'll see how the whole night goes though. I hope it
lasts! Logan was so nice to lay there quiet and patient
while Autumn got used to the new bed. Thanks for
being such a AWESOME big sister Logan. We love you
and are glad you and Autumn are a part of our family.
Enjoy your new beds! NO JUMPING ALLOWED
though!!!

So Big!

We took Atumn for her two year check up last week, and
she was in the 91st % for height. She is definitely bigger
than Logan was this age. Check out Logan's 24 month
mark about two inches below Autumn's on the left side
of our garage wall. We tell Logan it's because Autumn
eats her fruits and vegetables. It's been a little easier
to get Logan to eat them when her little sis is being a
good example.
So things Autumn is doing/ saying a two:
-she is talking a ton now-she'll put up to about 4 words
together
-feeds herself really well
-love jumping
-loves dancing
-rides her care bear three wheeler
-in love with movies Wall-e, tinkerbell
-has about 12 teeth
-loves bubble baths
-sings twinkle little star, book of mormon stories, i am a
child of God, eensy weensy spider, popcorn popping,
abc's, snowman, sunbeam song
-loves books
-plays with anything tinkerbell, or littlest pet shops
-she is a great shopping buddy
-totally attached to her binkie and blanki
-very much loves big sister
-she says sorry if she is asked to apologize
-very tenderhearted
-cleans up her messes happily
She is such a fun girl, and we are all so happy to have
her in our family!
